Le groupe Altran amorce un programme de transformation de son business

Keith Williams est nommé Directeur exécutif de la solution Groupe pour l’entité « Embedded and Critical Systems » tout en poursuivant ses activités en tant que Directeur Général d’Altran Praxis.

Altran Praxis has announced a business transformation programme, led by its parent company Altran Group, which will enable the company to offer new higher value services to customers on an international basis.

The business transformation programme will build on the existing strong geographic focus of Altran, which currently operates in 15 countries in Europe, Asia and the Americas.The programme will focus on two core areas.

1. Five industry leaders have been appointed to integrate the group’s global activities in key market sectors. These market sectors include automotive and transport; aerospace and defense; energy and medical devices; finance and government; telecoms and media. The industrial leaders will be responsible for ensuring that the demands of clients in these market sectors are serviced and met at the international level.

2. Five solution leaders have been appointed to integrate the group’s worldwide activities in strategic services. These include innovation management, mechanical engineering, embedded and critical systems, information systems and enterprise performance. The solution leaders will be responsible for developing and delivering new services and technology at an international level.

As part of the reorganisation, Keith Williams has been appointed Group Solution Executive Director for Embedded and Critical Systems. He will also continue in his role as Managing Director of Altran Praxis.

Williams commented: "Altran has an enormous range of skills in all aspects of embedded and critical systems engineering, across all sectors and in all key technologies. The business transformation programme is designed to integrate this capability from each country, so we can offer clients easier access to solutions internationally. We will also be able to create new services and technology through a global strategic plan.
