The market sectors are: Automotive & Transport; Aerospace & Defence; Energy; Industry & Healthcare; Finance & Government; Telcoms & Media.
- Solution Practice: Five solution leaders integrate Altran’s global activities in strategic services, with responsibility for the development and delivery of existing and new services and technology at an international level. The solution practices are: Innovation Management; Mechanical Engineering; Embedded & Critical Systems; Information Systems; Enterprise Performance.
The Altran Praxis Managing Director, Keith Williams, is the Group Executive Director for Altran’s Embedded & Critical Systems Global Solution Practice.
The scope of the Embedded & Critical Systems Solution includes the following engineering disciplines: Systems, Software, Hardware and Electronics, Safety and Security. The types of system which the Embedded & Critical Systems Solution addresses include:
- Connected: creating and improving the connections of people, systems, networks and machines;
- Intelligent: automating and enhancing the execution of complex and demanding tasks;
- Green control: optimising and controlling the environmental performance of technology and systems;
- Critical systems: enabling and assuring the safe, secure and dependable operations of systems and enterprises.
The combination of Altran Praxis’ international capability in Embedded & Critical Systems, and the Altran Praxis Managing Director’s role as Altran’s Executive Director for the Embedded & Critical Systems Global Solution Practice, places Altran Praxis as a key asset within the Altran Group.
